After my shopping day, I prepared this beans with vegetables to include some protein in my lunch.
It’s very important to eat food with intense colors because they have a great source of protein and minerals to boost our body. But, in another case If your meal have much white color )such bread, pizza, pastries, cookies and so on…) that means that you’re eat more “bad carbs” than nutrients.
So, my advice is: if you like to feed your soul with colorful thoughts then, feed your body with colorfully meals too.
