It's a fairly ordinary day for me as I'm still not up to running. That doesn't stop me from going out for a nice walk around the local countryside, though!
Although the sun wasn't out much today, it was still nice and warm. That may have made the fragrance from these beautiful white roses stronger than normal. It was certainly stunning part way down a grown over country lane.
I took the next picture of the thistle flower just because it stood out so vibrantly from any area of predominantly dark green. I didn't even notice the tiny little insect until I was uploading for this post, so it's incredibly lucky that it's almost in focus.
