After a long time, today I rediscovered actifit (what a nice App renewal!): will I be able to resume the healthy habit of posting daily activity recording? 🤔
As you can see in the picture, I also practiced lifting and moving and arranging wood for the fireplace: my back came out unscathed! 😉

Dopo tanto tempo oggi ho riscoperto actifit (che bel rinnovamento!): riuscirò a riprendere la sana abitudine di postare quotidianamente la registrazione dell'attività giornaliera? 🤔
Come si intravede nella foto ha praticato anche il sollevamento e spostamento e sistemazione della legna per il camino: la schiena è uscita indenne! 😉
