Today was full of movement and fun activities. I started with some gardening work, taking care of the plants and spending time outdoors. Later, I went for a short run to keep my body active and to increase my daily step count.
The best part of the day was walking with my cats in the garden. They made the activity more enjoyable and playful, turning simple steps into a joyful experience. It was a great mix of gardening, running, and spending time with pets.
