My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2021[]
This is my 2nd ever Actifit report.
Posted especially coz will love it ...... bahahahaha
For the last six months I’ve been trying to up my daily activity. I’ve been walking about three times a week and recently I’ve joined the gym to add some strength training and using the x-trainer to increase my aerobic fitness. I feel like it’s all progressing nicely.
Here is a pic from today’s walk.
Edit: Well that didn't work very well - the step count should say 8677 but says 0. I will have to try again some other time lol
