Im back with my daily activity report featuring Actifit. Today is day 3 my Hourglass Challenge workout program. And its a Arms day.
Today I woke up earlier than usual, because I had quite a lot of homework. This is because welcoming Indonesia's 78th independence day, the rental business that I have is quite crowded, the orders that will be taken today are quite a lot while some new tools have been washed at night so they must be folded and prepared in the early morning. After entering the morning prayer time, I prayed then continued with morning meditation and yoga. Then prepare lunch and breakfast for the children.
After dropping off the schoolchildren, because I knew that today I would sit in the store for a long time, so I took the time to exercise for a while. Well, I did this sport following a program in Chloeting.com that can be accessed for a fee. Today's workout is only about 45 minutes with 4 training sessions ranging from warm-up (optional), Toned Arms and Back, Toned Arms, and cooling down.
