Hi guys, I'm back to post on hive after take a break more than a year, hehe
I don’t know, before this, I was really experiencing burnout, even depression, due to problems that kept piling up over the past year. I’ve been doing a lot to recover, and during this time, I frequently consulted a psychiatrist for help. I’m grateful that last month, I finally moved to a new house, which brought a fresh atmosphere. Honestly, I’m much happier now than before. Not just me, but my whole family seems thrilled with the vibe of our new home. Physically, I’m healthier, and mentally, I’m in a much better place.
Since this is an Actifit post closely tied to health and fitness, I’ll share a bit about my current health compared to my last post. Despite all the challenges I mentioned earlier, I stayed active with exercise, though I never posted about it. My weight, which used to stay around 55-57kg with about 30% body fat, is now stable at 50-51kg with around 28% body fat. Well, maybe the silver lining of prolonged stress is that my weight, which was hard to lose before, is now healthier and more ideal.
Today, guys, I started my day with a cup of coffee and worked on some side projects before getting my kids ready for school. I did my home workout at night after finishing household chores. But in the afternoon, while dropping my kids off for their lessons, I stopped by the town square for a light jog to pass the time. I might share details of my daily routine another time. There are so many stories I want to tell, but maybe not today ☺.
