Hello friends. How are you? I hope all It will be good I Ankur Karma my daily routine. This morning I planted some paddy seeds in the fields. and irrigate my field. Along with this, I get up early in the morning. And then I take a walk on my balcony. And then I do workouts at home. Due to which my health remains right. I do work during the day. That my body gets drenched with sweat for about 45 minutes. This keeps my body healthy and agile. After that I run 1 kilometer in the morning. And after coming, I take my diet so that I can get minerals like protein, multivitamin, multi-flat, carbohydrate, according to my body weight. So that all the cells of my body are fed. And I wake up in the morning with sesame oil. I gargle with my mouth. It makes me feel fresh and fresh. And also get energy. Due to which I do not feel tired all day.
