Having the week off left me a bit more time for walking, so we went a bit further this morning all the way around the mill area.
We were in no hurry..
This area here I haven't been to in over a decade (OMG) and it had grown so much since. There is a lake behind all that grass and I got excited to get in there and look at the wild life..
Alas, it was all fenced off, and you can't even get a glimpse.. 🤬
Still there.. confirmed via Google Maps:
The lock with the River Mill pub on the right.
The camping season is getting into full swing; there are still quite a few slots left as I'm sure it's still a little too nippy for some. 😁
As the saying goes.. "a tired dog is a good dog" 😂
