Yesterday morning I went through town with Mia as I meant to pay in some money, but forgot my bank card 🙄
At first I thought it was a wasted journey but then I decided to walk through the Riverside Park, I just had enough time for the slightly longer distance; it's still flooded in places and one could do with Wellies, but I got through in my walking boots ok-ish, but I shall have a look where mine are.
However, Mia got a proper shower when we got back. like most dogs is she not keen on that procedure, but she did smell and it was well overdue anyhow.. lol
A drowned sign warning us of danger of drowning.. Life's full of ironies.
