I'm not gonna fool myself or try to fool you guys, I haven't been healthy nor fit over the past few weeks but, sometimes I do eat like a pro and today was such a day.
I'm not fat as fuck and I'm not eating crappy food every day, I just haven't been strict with my diet and I haven't been the most disciplined man when it comes to exercising, but I'm trying and that's gotta count for something, right?
Besides, I've been kinda active step wise. I haven't gone for a run in ages thanks to my knees but at least I walk a freaking lot. 23k steps, I'm proud of that.
