Yesterday was morning and in Mexico that means that every touristic zone is virtually empty. No locals cause they work and they usually don't skip Mondays (not unlike Thursday or Friday where some - if not most - mexicans decide to skip work) and no tourists cause on Mondays most museums and local atractions are closed to the public.
But for people like me who have already went to most attractions and just want to enjoy the scenery, the restaurants and the empty parks and streets, Mondays are the best.
We walked around a lot, had some traditional food, a couple of beers and enjoyed the company.
Oh and of course I almost forget, I had my best actifit step count in almost two months and a top three in this year!
