Yesterday was just plain sad. I only did 7k steps and on top of that, I went to the candy store late at night to have some cookies, chocolates and a coke.
We all need days like the one I had Yesterday but let's be honest, it could have been a healthier day with just pizza or something yummy and way less sugary.
Sugar is the silent killer and i know that. Well, sugar and carbs but that's a whole different story.
Anyway, I believe I deserved how yesterday went down and in fact I got a lot of my work done. Not every day can be an active actifit kind of day y'know.
