That's a normal light post in Mexico, yep, that's what the authorities have to deal with on a daily basis and not just against electricity issues, but against everything and everyone here.
And the biggest problem is that cops are involved in this scheme and they get money from keeping their mouth shut and not causing trouble to these people who either steal the power or just set mediocre outputs.
