Last week, the husband already told me that he plans on dragging me out for evening walks starting Monday. Rightly so, because my very inactive lifestyle is already showing off my cheeks, belly, and blood panel. 🥴
Come Monday, just when I thought he had already forgotten, he nudged me to get ready to go out. We went around the Umm Al Emarat Park as we used to do. We took it slow-- to running, but just brisk walking, just enough to shake off my sleeping fats.
I woke up in the morning and noticed something on my right index finger. It was twitching involuntarily, and it kind of freaked me out, honestly. Of course, I consulted google 🙄 and read that it may be caused by stress, lack of sleep, and excessive coffee. It should go away, and if it doesn't, consult a doctor.
I ticked all the boxes-- I work at night, homeschool during the day, and drink a lot of black coffee, and so I decided to take it slow. I caught more sleep, and yes, I avoided coffee. I survived anyhow without coffee. Managed with just hibiscus tea. Whew!
I know today is already Tuesday, and I am writing my Actifit report for yesterday as I am resting after another evening walk with the husband.
More of that report later or tomorrow, maybe.
See you!
