My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2023

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world, how are you doing today?
i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. today i want to share my activity. Today my son got sick by his teeth again her check has swollen. i think it is because he is eating to much snack yesterday that contain many sugar in it. thats why his teeth cannot holding it and the bacteria inside his mouth make his gut swollen. but thankfully he is not get fever so i think he can rest today. but as you know having swollen check make him cannot eat well. and today he is eating just porridge and something that soft enough so he is not chewing much, maybe the swollen need wait 3-4 days until healed and back to normal. Yeah i went to doctor couple weeks ago and the doctor cannot doing any treatment sicne he is still 4 years old and the doctor said need waiting until her wisdom teeth got remove by itself and replacing with permanent teeth. And today i am just doing house chores and taking care of my son cannot working at all.
