Time to get back to fitness. I've been slacking off these days. I've been lazy of doing something so active and working out seems to be so hard to do.
Good thing my friends decided to finally get back to running. This morning we woke up early and did some running and walking around our area. At first we were skeptical of pushing through because it was raining but it stopped when we were ready to go. It was in deed a sign for us to carry out our plan.
I did over 10K from the running already but we friends invited me to come with them to attend a Biking Down Hill competition. So we went there but it ended up like a very long hike. It was muddy and very slippery due to the rain. Had a couple of slips but never stopped us from carrying on.
We had fun watching these bikers "flying" and literally falling from their bikes. I'm not really fond of biking but my friends are. Since I have nothing planned today, I just tagged along.
Now, I'm so tired after everything we've done today and I just can't wait to publish this and say goodnight.
