Today I woke up early in the morning and went outside to walk. At the ground I walked for like half an hour and even though it was morning time, the sun was so bright and I'm sweating like someone was pouring water on me. Feeling exhausted I wrapped up my walk and went to home. I think doing any work in summer outside puts our body through the double trouble due to the scorching heat of the sun. That's why in summer even a small activity can yield good physical results.
After some rest, I again freshed up and went to the office. There the work is normal and light. I was fortunate enough to spend my office work hours in AC as my superior officer had one, otherwise at my cabin it would be a battle between sweat and cleaning due to heat. Then after coming home at night I didn't have the strength to walk again. So, I just had my dinner and proceeded to sleep.
