Hello Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. It is my #6th post on Hive platform and second here. Today, I decided to reduce fat contents on my body. I am already overweight as compared to my age fellows. I started my running from my house. I captured my thick body with running dress. I am hopeful for getting a thin body soon with regular running in a three kilometres pathway.
I 'm not good in running due to sluggish life style, I had adopted from many days. That is the main reason, I got fatigued after running. My breath rate was so fast, I can't run more. Hence, I stopped for a while and maintained my respiration. I was happy to find my shadow. It is huge than me 😂.
During my pause, I found one Tom. It was sitting near to drain. I found it in pretty unwell condition. Hence, I decided to left it and will cross the drain. When I had crossed the drain, I saw it was happy and moved towards its destination.
After this good deed, I started my running again. I was happy and now was more energetic. I moved to the whole yard without any pause. It rarely happened, I had found time for Running. The whole square is good for running and walk.
Actually, I have keen desire to do a government job in Army that is why I need strong and healthy body. I set my target to reduce fat content and my weight in this month at possible level. Moreover, fast running is enough to win the race competition. Anyway, I completed my 3 Kilometres running and I am thankful for Actifit Application that saved my activity account. I also set my goal to increase my activity count at 15K. I am hopeful for getting this achievement. With these biggest targets, I reached into my room by crossing stairs.
