I thought that I had body dysmorphobia yesterday, because I was a little scared when I didn't go to the gym and felt guilty. Maybe it looks like I'm afraid my blood sugar will go crazy.
That's what makes me have to go to the gym every morning, I don't know why, I feel a little calmer if I lift some weights and exercise. Am I going crazy? Of course not, I'm just afraid of getting sick and then regretting it.
