Today was a productive workday. I spent most of the day at work finishing my reports, cleaning my work area, and assisting several clients. Staying active throughout the day involved moving around the office while handling different tasks.
After work, I went straight home and did the laundry as soon as I arrived. Even with a regular work schedule, I kept myself moving and made sure to stay active through both work and household chores.
