Yesterday I hit my 10,000 steps goal by walking around doing my daily activities. I started the day with a brisk walk to get my heart rate up and then walked around the block a few times. I also did some gardening and went for a bike ride. In the evening, I took the dog for a long walk to get in some extra steps. It was a great day to be active and I'm glad I was able to reach my step goal!
