Hello everyone, this is my actifit report of yesterday.
I went to the gym for the first time in a long time. I did a 30 minute treadmill workout and a 10 minute weight training workout. I was very sore so I didn’t go as hard as usual. I didn’t know what to expect with my knee so I didn’t push it. I did a lot of walking and stretching. I was able to do the treadmill workout but I couldn’t do the weight training. I had to stop after 10 minutes and I was very sore.
