My work requires me to be in office for two days in a week. I commuted to work yesterday. I started to work after my lunch.
It's 8km from my home. I ride a bicycle 🚲 to my office. It reduces the impact of traffic on my commute. Since I can fit into smaller crevices in the traffic. I can use footpath as well.
Yesterday after reaching the office, I was meeting with my colleagues one after the other. One of them warned me that I might be having B12 deficiency after looking at white hair in my beard. It sent chills on my back. My mother also suffers from B12 deficiency caused feet burning, and she suffers a lot. He suggested meat, which I already consume. But I need an action plan for it.
Without the commute, I might not be able to complete the steps😆.
