Start of the walk , going to say hello to Merlin.
The other side of the fence from Merls' paddock. I wanted to start from one end of the property and go to the other end to see how many steps it would be. Trees are kind of blocking the view of the other end though.
Stop to count the donkeys.
The river is a little high today, but nowhere near as high as it gets sometimes.
Further down the path... when the river is really high it gets to the base of the trees on the right ... and I kind of have a feeling it might get a bit higher at times unfortunately... haven't seen it yet though. But last time it was a bit high it swept away all my firewood rounds ... :( ... Well at least I know where not to put the rounds now haha.
Trees from further down the river , washed up from when it was last high. The wild goats from the other side can get across now ...
Made it to the end of our property. Looking back. I think my total was at 2200 or 2300 at this point, but I had around 500 to 600 or so from around the house.

And finally back up the bottom hill. This one is a bit tougher than the one by the house.
