hello to all my actifit friends, hope you all aredoing great with all your family members and enjoying and having fun in lockdown.
its been a second day in actifit I was able to make 11k steps, today its Mondayy so I use my fews hours at working at home so I made this steps.
There a little advice to all the users here you should do few setps to remain fit in the lockdown as these days as been tough for all of us we are unable to move out so its been hard for all us to be fit, many gym lovers sure a very angry about this but there are few steps you can do to maintain you body and stay fit.
meditation for at least 5 to 30 minutes.
push ups 20 atleast.
chin ups 20 atleast.
squards 20 atleast.
wwlk at least 1 km moving around your home or wherever you can or much will be more better.
this are few tips by my side I hope you will like it and start doing this may be many of you hae already doing this but if not then please ✌️
