There are many benefits of going in the morning and after that you feel good throughout the day. Yes, the initial days are a bit difficult and the tiredness is heavy, but believe me, when you get used to it, you start enjoying it too. My step account has increased a lot since last few days, I am easily doing 20k steps almost every day but could not post but from now on I will try to post daily, that's all for today, see you tomorrow .
