It's been almost a week now that I am not going for a morning walk nor am I able to wake up on time. I don't know why I have become lazy again, perhaps this has started happening due to cold. This morning I woke up a little early, but still I don't know why I didn't feel like going anywhere in the morning, the weather was like this, there was fog all around. Nowadays, the time of sleeping at night has also changed a bit, it is getting closer to 12:00 in the night and it is becoming a bit difficult to wake up early in the morning. Nowadays even in the office there is not that much status but still one has to go to the office and stay in the office till around 6:00 pm.
Nowadays, I am running more in the office, that is why I have taken more steps and I am also feeling pain in my legs because walking does make some difference in the morning. Ever since I have stopped going for the morning walk, I have been home. I am not able to do exercise nor am I able to meditate. I think maybe from next week I will not start again because this week it is difficult to go in the morning because there is less time in the morning at home because Some family members are not at home, so going for a walk in the morning is just wasting a little time.
