Had a pretty cool day at work today. Felt pretty productive by the end of the day. I got back in the gym today and got a nice run in before hitting legs. I’m focusing a bit more on my cardio right now more so than my strength training, but my strength is getting back up to par just as much as my cardio. Or at least that’s how it feels. I had abandoned the cardio for a while but there’s no doubt the cardio leaves me feeling good af.
