It was an epic Friday, and I knocked out an epic 17k steps today. The only thing climbing faster than me today was the price of crypto’s and that will continue to be the trend. I took the dog for a walk today at lunch, see my earlier post on my hive blog. Then after work today I finished off the 5,000 ft challenge on the elliptical. So all in all a fantastic exercise day.
