🏃♂️ Ending Friday on a high note!
Closed the day with a 7 km run at Jefferson Péres Park.
The place was quiet — maybe because of the 33°C heat — but I stayed strong and added 20 minutes of calisthenics after the run ☀️🔥
I'm proud to be keeping a steady running pace and improving my time per kilometer. Progress through consistency 💪

Hoje finalizei o dia com 7 km de corrida no Parque Jefferson Péres.
O parque estava tranquilo, talvez pelo calor — 33°C de pura resistência ☀️🔥
Mesmo assim, mantive o foco e completei também 20 minutos de calistenia.
Estou feliz por manter meu ritmo de corrida e melhorando meu tempo por quilômetro. A constância está trazendo resultado 💪
