A mild sunny day, all my steps came from moving round the house, getting things done, I wouldn't even have said it was a very active day, although I do run up and down the stairs as much as I can.
I'm waking at about the same time every day. I'd like to make that a little earlier to get everything in, although the morning pages are going well. It would be good to write facing out of a window or perhaps I could open the back door so I could see the garden.
That will all come.
