Hello everyone welcome to another actifit report. When I arrive work quite busy yesterday but not as busy as two days ago man that was rough.
So the manager told me he will send me for training one in Abu Dhabi one in Dubai I'm really excited for that travel and learning at the same time can't wait to take pictures and keep it all here so I can see it whenever I want to.
As you all know if you read most of the previous post I'm still alone in the bar as usual it does tire me out sometimes but I can't complain because that is restaurant work.
Everyday the first thing you need to do as a bartender / barista is check and taste all your drinks, 🥃 coffee ☕ beans, and your syrups to make sure nothing is expired and fresh for guest to consume.
Next thing is calibration of the espresso coffee ☕ machine what we do here is 20gram coffee grounds on the portafilter or the basket some people call it with 30ml yield for espresso shot ☕ so you get three layers crema will be the top part of the coffee the middle part is body and the last part is heart 💓 they call it there is another word for it but I forgot if I remember I'll let you all know.
After I check the coffee machine and calibrated it I need to make sure all the Mise en plus is ready such as mint leaves, mint garnish, lemon 🍋 slice, lime slice, lemongrass etc.
Then I need to check the temperature 🌡️ of the chiller it needs to be under 5°C below for safe consumption of drinks 🥃 and even food actually if you all check you fridge at home 🏘️ make sure it's 5°C below to keep your food fresh and safe to eat.
After that stock up all your still and sparkling water, you wine 🍷, and sparkling wine 🍷, Pepsi, soda water, mountain 🗻 dew, 7up etc inside the chiller so when guest order it's all in your chiller just ready for you to take and settle the order.

What else well that's all I can think of now it's 3.40am here and I'm busy reading and thinking because I invest in Forex recently and to my surprise it started to make money 💰💸 not much it's like 24USD so I tried to withdraw it today and waiting for it to go to my Malaysia bank 🏦 account see how it goes 24USD is about 105 MYR / ringgit Malaysia I know not much but it's still something right?
I'll just keep investing until I'm happy with the returns then let's see how it goes. I guess that's all for yesterday's report.
