This is the first traffic 🚥 lights🚦 I have to go through. Total about 3 if not mistaken should have taken pictures all the traffic 🚥 lights 🚦 haha 🤣
This is the last traffic 🚥 lights 🚦 I have to go through every day ☀️ and night 🌃 my rented place nearby the shining 🌟 tower 🗼
Work was busy we had full reservation tonight my back pain was not as painful as yesterday but I made it through today I hope my results is fine when it's done ✅ the doctors haven't called me yet to get the results I'm sure everything is fine.
Finally yesterday was my first day lifting the dumbells 🏋️🏋️♀️🏋️♂️ I just did 50reps for chest gonna do the same amount tomorrow and next week going to add 10 reps let's grow stronger! 💪
