I saw this one of his video 📷 it was shorts from YouTube he tells a story of the kindness of his mother and he said he does not believe in racism, he said he was a college kid going to play a baseball ⚾🧢 match he said that the place was full of different races of brothers and sisters.

So when one kid fell and broke his ankle crying and screaming in pain no one helped but his mother was the only one who ran towards the boy and sat there took care of the boy while he was telling this story he started crying you can feel the love and kindness from his mother through him it was such a strong and emotional story to listen 👂 to.

That is when he started to help men and women no matter what background no matter what skin you may have he will help you with fitness and living a healthy life.
After I listen to this story I find that one woman 👠 can change the world due to the love and kindness they have for others.

I think I wrote about this before where women has incredible patience when it comes to taking care of a child no matter how naughty the child 🚸 is they can sit there for 8 hours or more just to tolerate or handle the child if a man do it I think 1 hour is the most they can take or even less than an hour men do not have that type of patience.
