My colleagues were asking me things about food, recipes and business so I started showing them my old businesses that I failed.
There were amazed by the things I do the menu I created by myself even the graphic design the Facebook page the Instagram page I made in 2016 can't believe it's only 7years ago I owned a business.

When they asked me why I stopped it was so simple I was not emotionally strong enough to succeed I had the ideas 💡 I had the marketing skills the management skills everything you ever need for a successful business but the only thing I didn't have was emotional intelligent 🧠 skills.

I notice building a business is the easiest part but holding on and keep going is the hard part you need to spend lower than your means always spend like you're a poor person no matter how much you earn because whatever you earn the money 💰 is to buy more time in the future.

This is the mindset I didn't have I am ready now but due to the failures I made I do have some fear about doing another business. But I know for sure the next time I do it will work.
I handle people better now too which is a great skill to have I'm still trying to find what skills I lack I think I need someone to observe me who is not me so they can tell me what to improve.

Also I need to make a detailed business idea 💡 and to fight other competitors out there. I'm going to do it as simple as possible so I can manage it better it needs to be fast ⏩ because people do not like waiting.
I need to do delivery 🚚 as well. Maybe start online first then slowly build a stall nearby to build more businesses hire people to manage the shop and repeat 🔁 the process. It sounds easy but at least now I know it's a 24 hour job when the business is big enough I can hire one manager who will manage the whole company then slowly my job is to check the sales only on a daily basis.
It's gonna be exciting I have people who support me no matter what this time. A lot has changed for the better. Everything will work out.
