I just did 10minutes insanity 30max abs workout
jog and run alternate every 1 minute for total 10 minutes
dumbel ā° curl 50 reps 5kg,10kg and 15kg
bench press 30reps 15kg each hand
sauna 30 minutes
I didn't do much because I didn't feel good was a bit sick.

Weird things random people told me. I was using a taxi šš in my country and he asked me a bunch of questions āļø
