Since school schedule don't let me visit the gym to spend quality time building my body while burning off some calories too, I've decided to do some walking and stretching around the school premises, especially the field area.
Though it was sunny when I had this free period I still didn't want to to postpone the little walking and stretching exercises, so I had to move out with my cap to shade off the sun. Walking is another form of exercise, do this when gym isn't among the option, it helps.
