Another bad sleep - one hour spurt and then awake in the bed churning trying to get to sleep - head hurts still
Was a total nothing day - brain not able to function. Body not interested in food
Took no photos- one from the day the event began. When I got to the car - coughed a huge amount of blood splatterd phlegm. Should have taken that as a warning and not over-extended the body. The sickness was taking hold when I got back to the car
Very concerning as the symptoms my brother's being treated for throat cancer as we speak. He is 6 years older than me
Did walk up to shops to get some steps going
