I'm not quite sure why, but I feel like I am beginning to lose weight. I eat a decent amount of food and have a high intake of calories.
I have always had a very hard time gaining weight, and I figured it was because of smoking. I have not had a single cigarette since December 22nd. I did have a few days there where I barely ate anything, but since the 26th, I have been eating decent. Yet today, I was told I look like I have lost weight. That is concerning.
Any advice on how to start gaining weight is appreciated 🙏🏼
