At this time, nature seems quite angry with mankind. Due to continuous rains for the last two-three days, there has been a flood situation in many states of the country. However, the area where I am staying is also not untouched by floods. Hundreds of villages near the banks of the Ghaghra River have been submerged in water. Most of the people are living on the highway by making their homes . Two to three people are dying every day due to poisonous insects, in addition some people are slipping into the deep water and dying by drowning. . Due to rain and strong winds, most of the crops of farmers have fallen and sunk underwater. It would not be wrong to say that this year seems like a nightmare for all.
I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 6k points by walking and playing badminton at the time of evening..
