This is my today's actifit report card and today I able to reach 5K points by walking, moving around office..
This is a specimen of strong rains that occurred 2 days ago, in which flood water has gathered around the houses. Even water has entered the homes of some people.
The situation has worsened due to the heavy rains since this evening. Continuous rain from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm. The Meteorological Department estimates that the rains will continue for the next 2 days. Surely we are having a very difficult time. People are facing double wounds. The situation is even worse in the lowland areas of the town. There, people have to struggle a lot for their daily routine. The water released in thousands, millions of cusecs from different places is causing trouble for the Terai areas. Whatever the conditions are, we have to live, so fight the situation firmly.
