This is my today's actifit report card.. Today my stepping count is pretty good over than 10k steps. After one week sun was shining brightly till evening after that near about 4:30 suddenly started to heavy rainfall and till late evening it was continued.. Rainfall happening everyday but there is no relaxation in overheat and humid..
It is very hot and humid during the day while dew falls during the night and the weather becomes pleasant. In such a way that the situation will remain till the whole of August, after that the winter season will start from October.
Before it today again I started my day with physical exercise yoga and meditation. Now and days such routine including in my habit so that I can keep myself fit and healthy. I know the importance of healthy life. I have seen so many people struggling with the fitness.
At late evening I was in the market to buy fresh vegetable while it was going on. When I returned from the market I enjoyed rainfall over the roof..
Now finishing my activities with 10k steps that I get by walking moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
