It’s been a while since I hit this many steps in a day. Lately, I haven’t been walking around as much as before, but today was different.
I started my morning with some stretching, which has become part of my daily routine. At work, I mobilized my staff to move some things around so we could get the workspace painted. That added to my steps, but what really made the difference was something unexpected.
After getting home, I realized I had forgotten my apartment keys at work. I had no choice but to head back to pick them up. It was exhausting, but it helped push my total steps to over 12,000 using the Actifit app.
Tomorrow is another day, and I hope to stay just as active.
