Keeping fit has always been my passion with it's numerous health benefits. I have this routine of jogging every Saturday as part of my routine of keeping fit. Thanks to my friend who made me to start jogging with him and ever since then it has turned to my hobby and I enjoy it.
I normally jog on Saturdays because my week days are always occupied with academic activities and Saturdays are when I have time for jogging. I always jog with my friends and its always fun. One important benefit I enjoy since I started jogging is that I don't get sick frequently as before. I live in a country with endemic malaria and anytime I'm sick it's mostly malaria and typhoid. But since I started jogging it has reduced and am very Happy for it.
