It is another beautiful Saturday with cool weather over here. It looked like it will rain earlier but as of the time of writing this post, the weather is clear. It's rainy season here so most time heavy rainfall force people to stay indoors and preventing people from doing some of their daily routine.
Every Saturday morning I go out for jogging and I'm dedicated to this routine unless something beyond my power comes up. So today I used actifit app to track my steps as I jogged the school environment and I would love share the result with you guys. Every Saturday morning after jogging, I engage in other exercises like sit-up and push up. The sit-up helps to build my abdominal muscles and the push up as must of you people know is to build muscles of the arm and chest region. Keeping it have always been my hobby and I enjoy it.
This one of my routines on Saturday that I enjoy very much and it helps me to be fit. Aside the health benefits of exercising, it makes me to focus and also coming out to jog with friends and seeing other like minds exercising too gives me joy. I will be motivated more to keep exercising.
So if you have not started exercising yet, you are missing a lot because i know what am benefitting from keeping fit. Meanwhile it's not late to start. Thanks for passing till we meet again in next actifit report card.
