My day got off to a rough start when my school laptop, which I use for work, didn't start up as quickly as usual. It took about 15-20 minutes, and I had to restart it a few times. Even when it did start, it was running very slowly, and I couldn't do much with it.
I usually arrive at work 40 minutes early, and that's when I could have taken it to the ICT department for help. Since I couldn't do my usual planning and printing, I decided to pass the time on social media while sipping my homemade black coffee.
After some time, I brought the laptop to the ICT department. The technician said it needed an update, and she explained something else, but I didn't quite catch it. I was just relieved that it was still functioning, especially since I have many important files saved on it. Phew.
While I was doing my afternoon extra job, it suddenly started raining heavily. It made me contemplate heading straight home, getting cozy under the covers, and watching 'Doona,' the Kdrama I'm currently into. But, I quickly dismissed that idea. I had eaten a lot yesterday, and I needed to shake off those extra calories. Plus, it was a mentally draining day at work, so I also wanted to work up a sweat.
Ah, no regrets about going straight to the fitness studio after. Our Kpop instructor taught us a new dance choreography for the song Coming Back for More. It's a lovely and catchy tune indeed and of course, it will take time for me to memorise the steps. 😅
