I tried the same basic drill workout that my Garmin training plan had been giving me on repeat for weeks and I finally managed to follow it.
Stoked!
I hadn't planned to run today, being the first day of my period but my uterus felt so heavy and tight, I knew that warming it up with some decent exercise would help.
So I drank several hundred mLs of water. Donned the most comfortable running clothes within easy reach. Rescheduled my training session so it would show up on my watch immediately, and headed out the door before I changed my mind.
It didn't need to be fast. My stats didn't need to be perfect. I just had to do it. And do it, I did :)
