This morning I went for an easy (ish!) jog for the first time since parkrun last Saturday.
My watch offered me a Drill Workout, which consisted of a 10 min warm up, 5x 30 sec cadence drills, 5x acceleration drills and a 10 min cool day.
Sounded okay to me!
The bush was still soggy from a couple of super rainy days but I managed to navigate the puddles okay. I saw HEAPS of wallabies as their beauty made up for the annoyance of puddles in my way 😆
And while I had SOME repeating numbers showing up yesterday, today they were abundant!
2,222 watch hours for the month on my YouTube channel.
2:22 pm when I stopped working to take a nap.
3:33 pm when we left the house to do an errand for the kids.
When I checked my run from this morning it was 3.33km and I hadn't even realised it at the time.
And I did 11,124 steps for today. (Note all the unplanned 1s at the beginning there).
I love repeating numbers! To me, it shows that my system (ie. Body/nervous system) is operating with a higher than usual level of coherence.
Said another way: Things are in flow.
And that? That I like.
I also like these creatures. They're Curlews. Native to SE Queensland. VERY still and quiet during the day and total screaming RATBAGS at night. Luckily, none of them live at our place 😂
