Yesterday was a good day of activity. And a 10K steps day.
I was with my husband walking in Vizcaya park. And doing exercises on the arm machines. I have been recommended to do weight training but I still don't feel like joining a gym.
The afternoon was beautiful. I could have spent a long time on that bench just looking at the way the light was hitting the mountain. Can you see the Jacaranda Tree?
But it was not time to sit down but to keep walking. Yesterday it was a little more than 5Km in the park.
The end of the month is approaching and my tendencies are improving. Hopefully, September will be even better, with many more steps.
